Will become your favorite knife for any purpose
This is quite possibly the best knife around. The design is perfect, I use it for just about everything in the kitchen - my other knives are becoming jealous! Once you try it you will know why!
Fantastic Knife!
I was a little leary about spending $60 for a single knife, however I have become quite a chef at home and the knives I purchased for under $20 always became dull after just a few uses. I use this knife for everything, from chopping vegetables to slicing meat, its an awesome knife and perfect size.
Outstanding knife!
Great short knife for quick slicing/dicing work. The handle is extremely comfortable and the knife is very light - and perfectly weighted.
