Get this - for all your peeling needs
A bird's beak knife it the absolute best way to peel any vegetable or fruit. And this one is the best one I have used to date. It is uber-sharp, and keeps its sharpness. It is light and easy to grip. The beak shape allows you to slide over the vegetable without digging into the "meat". Removing eyes from potatoes? Easy peasy. Can I say any more great things about this? If you haven't used a bird's beak shaped peeling knife before - you don't know what you are missing. If you have - you should upgrade to this one. It is one of the most used knives in my set.

I cannot live without this knife. It is perfect for preparing fruits and vegetables. It is the most used knife in our knife block.
Great Peeler
Makes me want to tourne again, lol! Not really, but it's a great little peeler. Very sharp and fits comfortably in my hand.
