Get it cheaper via manufacturer
Haven't bought this product, but I can tell you that if you go to the drink-aide website, you can get it directly from the people at the assisted living facility who invented it for $48 plus $8 shipping. I've been looking for a cup that fosters independent drinking, a huge deal for quadriplegics. This is basically the only one out there that seems like it makes sense. Since it's designed by people who live and breathe this and other challenges every day, I'm going to give it a shot. It's incredibly pricey, but at least you can get it about $20 cheaper at the drink-aide dot com website. I think it's terrible that the third party distributor has boosted the price like this. Disabled people shouldn't have to pay top dollar just to get a drink of water.
